How to find ADHD planner apps TikTok creators

Creator-powered user acquisition

I scroll Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube under a fresh account if I’m looking for ADHD planner apps creators. I try to put myself in the shoes of the person who would download this: US English, 24-36, already bounced off Notion dashboards and paper Passion Planners, watches ‘ADHD tax’ and laundry-on-the-floor videos while they should be packing a bag. Then I linger, save, like, and comment as if I were them. Once the algorithm is trained I take whoever keeps showing up.

I do not open #ADHDplanner and call the spreadsheet research.

They watch ADHD tax, body doubling, ‘I bought another planner’, laundry-on-the-floor. They already tried Notion ADHD templates, a Passion Planner that lasted nine days, and Google Calendar color-coding they cannot maintain. Adjacent is late fees, lost keys, not generic studytok grind. Skip the 200k ‘just use a bullet journal’ coach who does not have ADHD.

Ideally over 50k average. Below that they quote $700 a post for 1k views. That’s a money sink.

What keeps showing up in this feed

Repeated ‘ADHD tax’ faces who also show the unused planner stack. The example I want in my head: someone holding four unused planners and a phone full of abandoned Notion pages.

The people who joke about the ADHD tax already taught the audience the problem; an app that does not punish a crash can sit next to that joke.

Doing this by hand is kind of soul-crushing. If you scroll as a productivity bro you will get hustle content; you have to linger on the tax and the floor-laundry or the phone will not learn. That is why I automated the scrolling. Scout is $1,500/month for the list.

The long method essay is How we find creators by scrolling a real TikTok avatar. I wrote the first-person version at How I find influencers.

Reject list, written down

Write the reject before you scroll: the 200k ‘just use a bullet journal’ coach who does not have ADHD. Also skip anyone whose last dozen posts are collab ads and who has never talked about ADHD tax, body doubling, ‘I bought another planner’, laundry-on-the-floor.

If they only exist under #ADHDplanner, they wanted brands to find them. That is not who is being served to the person who would download this tonight.

50k floor

I want roughly 50k average views because the economics will not work otherwise. Printable-planner shops quote $700 for a carousel that never mentions an app. $700 a post for 1k views is a money sink.

If you do this right, ie at scale, you will have many other creators to choose from. One no is not the campaign.

Where JumpTrend sits

Scout $1,500 / Outreach $2,500 / Dealmaker $5,000 per month. Creator fees extra. No demo. No download guarantee. You approve every creator and every rate.
