What ADHD planner apps creators charge

Creator-powered user acquisition

I do not have a rate card for ADHD planner apps and I will not invent one. What I have is a filter and a deal shape.

The filter: roughly 50k average views. Below that they quote $700 a post for 1k views. That’s a money sink. Printable-planner shops quote $700 for a carousel that never mentions an app.

The deal shape: pay $X for N posts with a Minimum View Guarantee of Y. An example that is easy to hold: $2000 / 4 posts / 1M views. Balance those so you hit your CPM. Creator compensation is extra on every JumpTrend plan. Scout is $1,500. Outreach is $2,500. Dealmaker is $5,000. Those numbers are for matching, contacting, and paper. Talent is a separate invoice you approve.

Why email is where the money-sink happens

I prefer email. The contact is usually in the bio as shop@, because they sell PDFs; write that you are paying for a post, not a digital product collab. Don’t start the deal over email. Ask for the phone number. If they won’t, move on. Talking deal over email is how you get the first number. On a call I can explain a floor of views. Over email you just get “$700 a post.”

The people who joke about the ADHD tax already taught the audience the problem; an app that does not punish a crash can sit next to that joke.

What not to pay for

Saves on a printable carousel with no install path. Do not ask for a ‘day in the life of a productive ADHD girl’ that ends with a sunrise. Skip the 200k ‘just use a bullet journal’ coach who does not have ADHD.

Marketplaces file this under productivity and send you the same 6am routine coaches.

What I actually measure

Unique App Store codes, not comments that say ‘I needed this’ with zero taps. App Store installs with a unique custom code. No download guarantee. No demo.

If they think the offer is too low, keep the same CPM and just up the numbers. Increasing your CPM should almost never be an option if it makes the product unprofitable. Move on. If you do this right, ie at scale, you will have many other creators to choose from.
