How to find baby gear brands TikTok creators

Creator-powered user acquisition

I scroll Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube under a fresh account if I’m looking for baby gear brands creators. I try to put myself in the shoes of your client’s customer: the client’s customer is a US English parent, 28-40, already bounced off a registry they regret and a Facebook-group recommendation that broke, watches ‘I bought the wrong stroller’ and 3am-gear-rage videos after bedtime, never kid-directed content. Then I linger, save, like, and comment as if I were them. Once the algorithm is trained I take whoever keeps showing up.

I do not open #momtok and call the spreadsheet research.

They watch wrong-stroller, 3am-gear-rage, registry-regret, Facebook-group-lies. They already tried a registry they regret, a Facebook-group rec that broke, and a cheaper Amazon version that failed. Adjacent is registry regret, 3am rage, not kidfluencer and not ads to children. Skip the family vlog that puts a baby on camera for a brand deal.

Ideally over 50k average. Below that they quote $700 a post for 1k views. That’s a money sink.

What keeps showing up in this feed

The same after-bedtime gear-rage face two nights. The example I want in my head: a parent in a parking lot fighting a stroller fold with no child featured as talent.

Registry-regret already has the parent audience; you brief the parent, never the child, and you do not target under 13.

Doing this by hand is kind of soul-crushing. If you linger on kid content you will get accounts you cannot buy. That is why I automated the scrolling. Scout is $1,500/month for the list.

The long method essay is How we find creators by scrolling a real TikTok avatar. I wrote the first-person version at How I find influencers.

Reject list, written down

Write the reject before you scroll: the family vlog that puts a baby on camera for a brand deal. Also skip anyone whose last dozen posts are collab ads and who has never talked about wrong-stroller, 3am-gear-rage, registry-regret, Facebook-group-lies.

If they only exist under #momtok, they wanted brands to find them. That is not who is being served to your client’s customer tonight.

50k floor

I want roughly 50k average views because the economics will not work otherwise. Family vlogs quote brand-haul rates and will put a baby on camera. Move on. $700 a post for 1k views is a money sink.

If you do this right, ie at scale, you will have many other creators to choose from. One no is not the campaign.

Where JumpTrend sits
