How to find calendar apps TikTok creators
I scroll Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube under a fresh account if I’m looking for calendar apps creators. I try to put myself in the shoes of the person who would download this: US English, 26-38, already bounced off Fantastical’s price and Google Calendar they keep despite hating it, watches ‘I paid for a calendar and still miss dentist appointments’ and time-blocking-collapse videos Sunday night. Then I linger, save, like, and comment as if I were them. Once the algorithm is trained I take whoever keeps showing up.
I do not open #calendarapp and call the spreadsheet research.
They watch time-blocking collapse, Fantastical-price rants, ‘I still use Google’, Sunday-night reschedule panic. They already tried Fantastical until the subscription stung, a time-blocking YouTuber’s template, and Google Calendar they complain about weekly. Adjacent is missed dentist, Sunday panic, not maker-vs-manager Twitter. Skip the CEO-of-one time-blocking creator whose calendar is a product screenshot for a course.
Ideally over 50k average. Below that they quote $700 a post for 1k views. That’s a money sink.
What keeps showing up in this feed
The same Sunday-night collapse face two weeks in a row. The example I want in my head: someone showing a rainbow time-block week that was abandoned by Wednesday.
Sunday-night reschedule panic already has the audience; a day view they will actually open Monday is the product.
Doing this by hand is kind of soul-crushing. Like a CEO-of-one video and you will leave the dentist-appointment people. That is why I automated the scrolling. Scout is $1,500/month for the list.
The long method essay is How we find creators by scrolling a real TikTok avatar. I wrote the first-person version at How I find influencers.
Reject list, written down
Write the reject before you scroll: the CEO-of-one time-blocking creator whose calendar is a product screenshot for a course. Also skip anyone whose last dozen posts are collab ads and who has never talked about time-blocking collapse, Fantastical-price rants, ‘I still use Google’, Sunday-night reschedule panic.
If they only exist under #calendarapp, they wanted brands to find them. That is not who is being served to the person who would download this tonight.
50k floor
I want roughly 50k average views because the economics will not work otherwise. Productivity coaches quote course prices for a calendar tour. $700 a post for 1k views is a money sink.
If you do this right, ie at scale, you will have many other creators to choose from. One no is not the campaign.
