How to find dating apps TikTok creators
I scroll Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube under a fresh account if I’m looking for dating apps creators. I try to put myself in the shoes of the person who would download this: US English, 24-36, already bounced off Hinge prompts they recycled and a Bumble match they never messaged, watches ‘dating apps fried my brain’ and leftover-Hinge-prompt videos on Sunday night. Then I linger, save, like, and comment as if I were them. Once the algorithm is trained I take whoever keeps showing up.
I do not open #datingapp and call the spreadsheet research.
They watch dating-app burnout, ‘I paid for Hinge and got the same six people’, leftover prompts, small-city drought. They already tried Hinge X, Bumble they opened only on weekends, and a friend’s setup they ghosted. Adjacent is loneliness Sunday, not pickup or lookmaxxing. Skip the 1M dating-coach who sells a $2k profile makeover and has never shipped an app.
Ideally over 50k average. Below that they quote $700 a post for 1k views. That’s a money sink.
What keeps showing up in this feed
The same leftover-prompt face two Sunday nights in a row. The example I want in my head: someone deleting Hinge, redownloading it four days later, and getting the same stack.
Burnout videos already have the audience; a smaller prompt-first app can be the ‘what I installed after I deleted Hinge’ beat.
Doing this by hand is kind of soul-crushing. One like on a looksmaxxing video and the phone will leave burnout content for weeks. That is why I automated the scrolling. Scout is $1,500/month for the list.
The long method essay is How we find creators by scrolling a real TikTok avatar. I wrote the first-person version at How I find influencers.
Reject list, written down
Write the reject before you scroll: the 1M dating-coach who sells a $2k profile makeover and has never shipped an app. Also skip anyone whose last dozen posts are collab ads and who has never talked about dating-app burnout, ‘I paid for Hinge and got the same six people’, leftover prompts, small-city drought.
If they only exist under #datingapp, they wanted brands to find them. That is not who is being served to the person who would download this tonight.
50k floor
I want roughly 50k average views because the economics will not work otherwise. Dating coaches quote makeover prices because that is the business. $700 a post for 1k views is a money sink.
If you do this right, ie at scale, you will have many other creators to choose from. One no is not the campaign.
