How to find gambling-quit apps TikTok creators

Creator-powered user acquisition

I scroll Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube under a fresh account if I’m looking for gambling-quit apps creators. I try to put myself in the shoes of the person who would download this: US English, 26-42, already bounced off site-blocking browser extensions and a paper calendar of X marks, watches ‘I lost rent on DraftKings’ and sports-bet-shame videos after a game ends. Then I linger, save, like, and comment as if I were them. Once the algorithm is trained I take whoever keeps showing up.

I do not open #problemgambling and call the spreadsheet research.

They watch sports-bet shame, ‘I self-excluded and they still emailed me’, deposit-limit rants. They already tried browser blockers they sidestepped on the phone, a paper calendar of X marks, and self-exclusion they reversed in a weekend. Adjacent is debt shame, sports-watch recap, not crypto or casino glam. Skip the sports-picks creator who is still posting locks tonight.

Ideally over 50k average. Below that they quote $700 a post for 1k views. That’s a money sink.

What keeps showing up in this feed

The same self-exclusion rant showing up after two different games. The example I want in my head: someone showing the push notification from a sportsbook ten minutes after they self-excluded.

Quit content already has the audience; you need the people who talk about the slip, not the people selling picks.

Doing this by hand is kind of soul-crushing. One wrong like on a picks account and the phone will spend a week serving parlays. That is why I automated the scrolling. Scout is $1,500/month for the list.

The long method essay is How we find creators by scrolling a real TikTok avatar. I wrote the first-person version at How I find influencers.

Reject list, written down

Write the reject before you scroll: the sports-picks creator who is still posting locks tonight. Also skip anyone whose last dozen posts are collab ads and who has never talked about sports-bet shame, ‘I self-excluded and they still emailed me’, deposit-limit rants.

If they only exist under #problemgambling, they wanted brands to find them. That is not who is being served to the person who would download this tonight.

50k floor

I want roughly 50k average views because the economics will not work otherwise. Recovery coaches quote course prices for a single story post. $700 a post for 1k views is a money sink.

If you do this right, ie at scale, you will have many other creators to choose from. One no is not the campaign.

Where JumpTrend sits

Scout $1,500 / Outreach $2,500 / Dealmaker $5,000 per month. Creator fees extra. No demo. No download guarantee. You approve every creator and every rate.
