What idle tycoon games creators charge

I do not have a rate card for idle tycoon games and I will not invent one. What I have is a filter and a deal shape.

The filter: roughly 50k average views. Below that they quote $700 a post for 1k views. That’s a money sink. Launch recappers quote UA-agency rates.

The deal shape: pay $X for N posts with a Minimum View Guarantee of Y. An example that is easy to hold: $2000 / 4 posts / 1M views. Balance those so you hit your CPM. Creator compensation is extra on every JumpTrend plan. Scout is $1,500. Outreach is $2,500. Dealmaker is $5,000. Those numbers are for matching, contacting, and paper. Talent is a separate invoice you approve.

Why email is where the money-sink happens

I prefer email. The contact is usually in a small mobile-gaming bio, not a recap network. Don’t start the deal over email. Ask for the phone number. If they won’t, move on. Talking deal over email is how you get the first number. On a call I can explain a floor of views. Over email you just get “$700 a post.”

Ad-rage already has the audience; a live first-session loop they can play in bed is the demo. No fake CPI.

What not to pay for

A cinematic trailer with no first-session footage. Do not ask them to quote a CPI or a ROAS. Ask them to play the first session. Skip the 1M mobile-gaming recapper whose last 20 videos are paid launches.

The catalog is launch recappers who want a CPI story you do not have.

What I actually measure

Unique App Store codes, not a vanity view or a fake CPI. App Store installs with a unique custom code, not a CPI screenshot. No download guarantee. No demo.

If they think the offer is too low, keep the same CPM and just up the numbers. Increasing your CPM should almost never be an option if it makes the product unprofitable. Move on. If you do this right, ie at scale, you will have many other creators to choose from.
