What matcha kits creators charge

Creator-powered user acquisition

I do not have a rate card for matcha kits and I will not invent one. What I have is a filter and a deal shape.

The filter: roughly 50k average views. Below that they quote $700 a post for 1k views. That’s a money sink. Cafe-hoppers quote travel rates.

The deal shape: pay $X for N posts with a Minimum View Guarantee of Y. An example that is easy to hold: $2000 / 4 posts / 1M views. Balance those so you hit your CPM. Creator compensation is extra on every JumpTrend plan. Scout is $1,500. Outreach is $2,500. Dealmaker is $5,000. Those numbers are for matching, contacting, and paper. Talent is a separate invoice you approve.

Why email is where the money-sink happens

I prefer email. The contact is usually in a small home-whisk bio. Don’t start the deal over email. Ask for the phone number. If they won’t, move on. Talking deal over email is how you get the first number. On a call I can explain a floor of views. Over email you just get “$700 a post.”

Clump rants already have the audience; a live tin-plus-whisk they can finish at a counter is the demo.

What not to pay for

A cafe pour with no kit on the counter. Do not ask for a cafe crawl. Ask them to whisk the live tin at home. Skip the 900k cafe-hopping matcha creator who will not whisk at home.

The tag is cafe-hoppers and aesthetic pours.

What I actually measure

Unique codes, not a cafe pour with no kit. Shop or site codes on a live kit. No download guarantee. No demo.

If they think the offer is too low, keep the same CPM and just up the numbers. Increasing your CPM should almost never be an option if it makes the product unprofitable. Move on. If you do this right, ie at scale, you will have many other creators to choose from.
