How to find meal kit brands TikTok creators

Creator-powered user acquisition

I scroll Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube under a fresh account if I’m looking for meal kit brands creators. I try to put myself in the shoes of your client’s customer: the client’s customer is US English, 28-42, already bounced off HelloFresh they cancelled after the fridge filled with plastic and a grocery delivery that still required cooking at 8pm, watches ‘I cancelled HelloFresh’ and 8pm-what-is-for-dinner videos after work. Then I linger, save, like, and comment as if I were them. Once the algorithm is trained I take whoever keeps showing up.

I do not open #mealkit and call the spreadsheet research.

They watch HelloFresh-cancel, 8pm-dinner-panic, fridge-full-of-plastic, ‘I still had to cook’. They already tried HelloFresh they cancelled, a grocery delivery that still meant 8pm cooking, and frozen trays they felt sad eating. Adjacent is 8pm panic, plastic-fridge shame, not homestead flex. Skip the homesteading creator who will mock a kit on principle.

Ideally over 50k average. Below that they quote $700 a post for 1k views. That’s a money sink.

What keeps showing up in this feed

The same 8pm-panic face two weeknights. The example I want in my head: someone opening a fridge of uncooked kit bags on trash night.

Cancel-rants already have the audience; a 3-meal box that actually gets eaten is the demo.

Doing this by hand is kind of soul-crushing. Like a homestead sourdough and you will leave the 8pm panic. That is why I automated the scrolling. Scout is $1,500/month for the list.

The long method essay is How we find creators by scrolling a real TikTok avatar. I wrote the first-person version at How I find influencers.

Reject list, written down

Write the reject before you scroll: the homesteading creator who will mock a kit on principle. Also skip anyone whose last dozen posts are collab ads and who has never talked about HelloFresh-cancel, 8pm-dinner-panic, fridge-full-of-plastic, ‘I still had to cook’.

If they only exist under #mealkit, they wanted brands to find them. That is not who is being served to your client’s customer tonight.

50k floor

I want roughly 50k average views because the economics will not work otherwise. Meal-kit affiliates quote the last brand’s rate card. $700 a post for 1k views is a money sink.

If you do this right, ie at scale, you will have many other creators to choose from. One no is not the campaign.

Where JumpTrend sits

Scout $1,500 / Outreach $2,500 / Dealmaker $5,000 per month. Creator fees extra. No demo. No download guarantee. You approve every creator and every rate.
