First meeting recap AI tools campaign checklist

Creator-powered user acquisition

A first meeting recap AI tools campaign at founder scale. Numbered so you can stop lying to yourself about which step you skipped.

  1. Confirm a working recap on a real call tonight, not a waitlist actually closes. Creators cannot fix packaging.
  2. Write the avatar in a sentence: US English solo consultant, 28-44, already bounced off Otter they never read and a Notion AI recap that hallucinated a deadline, watches ‘I have 40 unread transcripts’ and ‘the AI invented an action item’ videos after a Zoom day.
  3. Write the problem in their mouth: The recap invented a deadline I then emailed to a client.
  4. Write what they already quit: Otter they never read, Notion AI that invented a deadline, and a Google Doc they forgot to open during the call.
  5. Write what they watch: unread-transcript shame, AI-hallucinated deadlines, ‘I still write notes by hand in the meeting’, Zoom-fatigue recaps.
  6. Write the reject: the AI-wrapper Twitter person whose product is a waitlist and a thread.
  7. Write adjacent so the phone does not smear: unread transcripts, invented action items, not enterprise meeting OS.
  8. Put that sentence into the brief
  9. Scroll as them on a fresh Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube account. Example to look for: someone scrolling a 12-page transcript looking for the one date that mattered. Signal: the same unread-transcript face two Zoom days in a row.
  10. Keep a 50k average-view floor. Below that, $700 a post for 1k views is a money sink.
  11. Skip #AItools as a roster method.
  12. Email. The contact is usually in a consultant bio that is their studio, not an AI-tools Linktree. Name a real video. Ask for the phone number.
  13. If they won’t give a number, move on. AI-roundup accounts quote SaaS-affiliate rates.
  14. On the call, Minimum View Guarantee. Example: $2000 / 4 posts / 1M views. Talent extra.
  15. Send the contract while the yes is still warm. Scout $1,500 / Outreach $2,500 / Dealmaker $5,000.
  16. A bot or upload that returns next steps, not a 12-page dump.
  17. Tell them what to film: run the recap, send the three next steps, show the client email. Do not ask them to say your model is magic. Ask them to show a three-line recap next to a bad 12-page one.
  18. Give each creator their own code. Unique signup links, not a ‘top 10 AI tools’ mention.
  19. Do not run a launch day on the same morning if you wanted isolation.
  20. Two follow-ups, then stop. If you do this right, ie at scale, you will have many other creators to choose from.

Doing the scroll by hand is kind of soul-crushing. Like a ChatGPT-tips video and you will never see a Zoom-day consultant. No demo. No download guarantee. You approve every creator and every rate.

Hallucinated-deadline rants already have the audience; a three-line next-step recap is the product they will pay for.
