How to write a natural deodorant brand creator brief
A natural deodorant brand creator brief is not a media-plan age band. It is a session: a person, a problem, a pattern of watch-time. I write it before I open a fresh account.
The sentence I actually scroll as: the client’s customer is US English, 22-36, already bounced off a ‘natural’ stick that failed on a commute and a clinical they went back to, watches ‘natural deodorant failed me on the train’ and pit-rash videos after a hot day, no medical claims.
Problem in their mouth: It was natural and I still did not make it to the office.
Already tried: a natural stick that failed on a commute, a clinical they went back to, and a Mag stick they hated the scent of.
Watch: train-fail, pit-rash, ‘I went back to clinical’, scent-too-loud.
Reject: the 1M GRWM whose deodorant is one of 40 PR items.
Adjacent: commute fail, rash talk without diagnosis, not GRWM hauls.

What to put on the page you send a creator
That later page is not the avatar brief. The avatar brief is for the phone. The creator page is: one mechanic, one CTA, one forbid list.
Mechanic: a live stick in the current scent, or a formula the client can restock. The client’s live stick, in stock.
CTA: Wear it on the commute, report if it made it, drop the code. No medical language.
Forbid: Do not ask them to claim it cured a rash. Ask them to wear it on a real commute. No medical claims. No fake “not sponsored” energy when you paid them.
The stick on a real commute day, not a bathroom unboxing only. If they never open the product, the video will be a read-through of your website.
What to ignore
Follower counts, “micro vs macro,” competitor creator lists, and anything that starts with #naturaldeodorant. Those belong in the outreach spreadsheet, after you have names from a feed.
Also ignore “make it go viral.” An avatar brief cannot promise that. It can only promise match.
Example video to have in your head while you write: someone getting off a train and naming the stick that did not make it.
Train-fail videos already have the audience; a live scent that survives a commute is the only honest demo.
Scout is $1,500/month for the list that comes out of this brief. You approve every creator and every rate. No demo. No download guarantee.
