What natural deodorant brands creators charge
I do not have a rate card for natural deodorant brands and I will not invent one. What I have is a filter and a deal shape.
The filter: roughly 50k average views. Below that they quote $700 a post for 1k views. That’s a money sink. GRWM accounts quote beauty-haul rates.
The deal shape: pay $X for N posts with a Minimum View Guarantee of Y. An example that is easy to hold: $2000 / 4 posts / 1M views. Balance those so you hit your CPM. Creator compensation is extra on every JumpTrend plan. Scout is $1,500. Outreach is $2,500. Dealmaker is $5,000. Those numbers are for matching, contacting, and paper. Talent is a separate invoice you approve.
Why email is where the money-sink happens
I prefer email. The contact is usually in a small commute-vlog bio, not a PR house. Don’t start the deal over email. Ask for the phone number. If they won’t, move on. Talking deal over email is how you get the first number. On a call I can explain a floor of views. Over email you just get “$700 a post.”
Train-fail videos already have the audience; a live scent that survives a commute is the only honest demo.
What not to pay for
A bathroom unboxing of 8 sticks. Do not ask them to claim it cured a rash. Ask them to wear it on a real commute. Skip the 1M GRWM whose deodorant is one of 40 PR items.
The tag is GRWM talent who will unbox 8 sticks.
What I actually measure
Unique codes, not a bathroom unboxing. Codes on a live scent SKU. No download guarantee. No demo.
If they think the offer is too low, keep the same CPM and just up the numbers. Increasing your CPM should almost never be an option if it makes the product unprofitable. Move on. If you do this right, ie at scale, you will have many other creators to choose from.
