How to write a poker bankroll app creator brief
A poker bankroll app creator brief is not a media-plan age band. It is a session: a person, a problem, a pattern of watch-time. I write it before I open a fresh account.
The sentence I actually scroll as: US English, 24-40, already bounced off a Google Sheet of sessions and a poker-Twitter tracker they stopped opening after a downswing, watches ‘I cannot tell if I am running bad or playing bad’ and home-game-recap videos at 1am.
Problem in their mouth: I cannot tell if I am running bad because I only log the nights I cash.
Already tried: a Google Sheet of sessions, a tracker they only opened on upswings, and notes on a poker-Twitter alt.
Watch: downswing recaps, home-game stories, ‘my sheet is three weeks behind’, live-vs-online arguments.
Reject: the staking-and-course seller whose thumbnails are stacks of cash.
Adjacent: session logging, home games, not casino glam and not sports-betting picks.

What to put on the page you send a creator
That later page is not the avatar brief. The avatar brief is for the phone. The creator page is: one mechanic, one CTA, one forbid list.
Mechanic: a session log that is not a solver, or a bankroll graph that survives a downswing without a pep talk. A live listing that is a bankroll log, not a solver and not a real-money table.
CTA: Log the session, including the loss, show the graph. Stop.
Forbid: Do not ask them to film a huge win as your result. Ask them to log a losing session honestly. No medical claims. No fake “not sponsored” energy when you paid them.
A working session form they can fill in the parking lot. If they never open the product, the video will be a read-through of your website.
What to ignore
Follower counts, “micro vs macro,” competitor creator lists, and anything that starts with #poker. Those belong in the outreach spreadsheet, after you have names from a feed.
Also ignore “make it go viral.” An avatar brief cannot promise that. It can only promise match.
Example video to have in your head while you write: someone guessing their monthly win because the sheet is three weeks behind.
Downswing recaps already have the audience; a log they will open after a losing night is the product.
Scout is $1,500/month for the list that comes out of this brief. You approve every creator and every rate. No demo. No download guarantee.
