How to find proposal tools TikTok creators

I scroll Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube under a fresh account if I’m looking for proposal tools creators. I try to put myself in the shoes of the person who would pay for this tool: US English freelancer, 27-41, already bounced off a Google Doc they export to PDF and PandaDoc’s price, watches ‘the proposal is still a Doc’ and ‘they asked for a PDF and I lost two hours’ videos the night before a bid is due. Then I linger, save, like, and comment as if I were them. Once the algorithm is trained I take whoever keeps showing up.

I do not open #freelancer and call the spreadsheet research.

They watch Doc-to-PDF pain, PandaDoc-price, ‘they ghosted after the 20-pager’, last-night bid panic. They already tried a Google Doc exported to PDF, PandaDoc until the bill, and a Notion page the client could not comment on. Adjacent is last-night bids, ghosted 20-pagers, not enterprise CPQ. Ideally over 50k average. Below that they quote $700 a post for 1k views. That’s a money sink.

What keeps showing up in this feed

The same 11pm-export face two bid nights. The example I want in my head: someone exporting a Doc at 11pm and finding the pricing table broke.

Broken-export rants already have the audience; a one-page e-sign they can send from a phone is the product.

Reject list, written down

Write the reject before you scroll: the agency-YouTuber selling a $2k proposal template pack. Also skip anyone whose last dozen posts are collab ads and who has never talked about Doc-to-PDF pain, PandaDoc-price, ‘they ghosted after the 20-pager’, last-night bid panic.

If they only exist under #freelancer, they wanted brands to find them. That is not who is being served to the person who would pay for this tool tonight.

50k floor

I want roughly 50k average views because the economics will not work otherwise. Agency coaches quote template-pack prices. $700 a post for 1k views is a money sink.

If you do this right, ie at scale, you will have many other creators to choose from. One no is not the campaign.
