What protein snacks creators charge

Creator-powered user acquisition

I do not have a rate card for protein snacks and I will not invent one. What I have is a filter and a deal shape.

The filter: roughly 50k average views. Below that they quote $700 a post for 1k views. That’s a money sink. Gym storefronts quote supplement-haul rates.

The deal shape: pay $X for N posts with a Minimum View Guarantee of Y. An example that is easy to hold: $2000 / 4 posts / 1M views. Balance those so you hit your CPM. Creator compensation is extra on every JumpTrend plan. Scout is $1,500. Outreach is $2,500. Dealmaker is $5,000. Those numbers are for matching, contacting, and paper. Talent is a separate invoice you approve.

Why email is where the money-sink happens

I prefer email. The contact is usually in a small desk-snack bio, not a 12-tub storefront. Don’t start the deal over email. Ask for the phone number. If they won’t, move on. Talking deal over email is how you get the first number. On a call I can explain a floor of views. Over email you just get “$700 a post.”

Candy-in-disguise rants already have the audience; a live flavor they will finish at a desk is the demo. No body claims.

What not to pay for

A gym-flex with a bar cameo. Do not ask for a transformation. Ask them to eat it at 3pm and say if they finish it. Skip the gym influencer whose snack is a 12-tub storefront.

The catalog is gym storefronts and candy-review channels that want a crate.

What I actually measure

Unique codes, not a body claim. Shop or site codes on a live box. No download guarantee. No demo.

If they think the offer is too low, keep the same CPM and just up the numbers. Increasing your CPM should almost never be an option if it makes the product unprofitable. Move on. If you do this right, ie at scale, you will have many other creators to choose from.
