How to find refillable cleaning brands TikTok creators

Creator-powered user acquisition

I scroll Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube under a fresh account if I’m looking for refillable cleaning brands creators. I try to put myself in the shoes of your client’s customer: the client’s customer is US English, 25-40, already bounced off a cute cleaner that ran out of refills and a grocery gallon they are tired of, watches ‘the cute bottle has no refill’ and under-sink-plastic videos on a Sunday clean. Then I linger, save, like, and comment as if I were them. Once the algorithm is trained I take whoever keeps showing up.

I do not open #cleantok and call the spreadsheet research.

They watch no-refill-rage, under-sink-plastic, ‘cute bottle abandoned me’, Sunday-clean restocks. They already tried a cute bottle whose brand ghosted refills, grocery gallons, and tablets that did not dissolve. Adjacent is under-sink plastic, refill ghosting, not ASMR clean-with-me hauls. Skip the 700k clean-with-me whose whole video is product placement.

Ideally over 50k average. Below that they quote $700 a post for 1k views. That’s a money sink.

What keeps showing up in this feed

The same Sunday-clean face two weeks. The example I want in my head: someone holding a pretty bottle and a grocery gallon because the refill never restocked.

No-refill rants already have the audience; a live pouch is the only proof that matters.

Doing this by hand is kind of soul-crushing. Like a 20-SKU clean-with-me and you will bury the client’s pouch. That is why I automated the scrolling. Scout is $1,500/month for the list.

The long method essay is How we find creators by scrolling a real TikTok avatar. I wrote the first-person version at How I find influencers.

Reject list, written down

Write the reject before you scroll: the 700k clean-with-me whose whole video is product placement. Also skip anyone whose last dozen posts are collab ads and who has never talked about no-refill-rage, under-sink-plastic, ‘cute bottle abandoned me’, Sunday-clean restocks.

If they only exist under #cleantok, they wanted brands to find them. That is not who is being served to your client’s customer tonight.

50k floor

I want roughly 50k average views because the economics will not work otherwise. Clean-with-me accounts quote household-haul rates. $700 a post for 1k views is a money sink.

If you do this right, ie at scale, you will have many other creators to choose from. One no is not the campaign.
