How to write a refillable cleaning brand creator brief

Creator-powered user acquisition

A refillable cleaning brand creator brief is not a media-plan age band. It is a session: a person, a problem, a pattern of watch-time. I write it before I open a fresh account.

The sentence I actually scroll as: the client’s customer is US English, 25-40, already bounced off a cute cleaner that ran out of refills and a grocery gallon they are tired of, watches ‘the cute bottle has no refill’ and under-sink-plastic videos on a Sunday clean.

Problem in their mouth: I bought the pretty bottle and now I am back on the gallon because they do not sell the pouch.

Already tried: a cute bottle whose brand ghosted refills, grocery gallons, and tablets that did not dissolve.

Watch: no-refill-rage, under-sink-plastic, ‘cute bottle abandoned me’, Sunday-clean restocks.

Reject: the 700k clean-with-me whose whole video is product placement.

Adjacent: under-sink plastic, refill ghosting, not ASMR clean-with-me hauls.

What to put on the page you send a creator

That later page is not the avatar brief. The avatar brief is for the phone. The creator page is: one mechanic, one CTA, one forbid list.

Mechanic: a live refill pouch for the current scent, or a bottle the client still sells the concentrate for. The client’s live refill in stock, not just the pretty bottle.

CTA: Refill the bottle from the live pouch, drop the code. Show the under-sink after.

Forbid: Do not ask for a 20-product clean-with-me. Ask them to refill the bottle from the live pouch. No medical claims. No fake “not sponsored” energy when you paid them.

The pouch and the bottle on the Sunday clean. If they never open the product, the video will be a read-through of your website.

What to ignore

Follower counts, “micro vs macro,” competitor creator lists, and anything that starts with #cleantok. Those belong in the outreach spreadsheet, after you have names from a feed.

Also ignore “make it go viral.” An avatar brief cannot promise that. It can only promise match.

Example video to have in your head while you write: someone holding a pretty bottle and a grocery gallon because the refill never restocked.

No-refill rants already have the audience; a live pouch is the only proof that matters.
