What refillable cleaning brands creators charge
I do not have a rate card for refillable cleaning brands and I will not invent one. What I have is a filter and a deal shape.
The filter: roughly 50k average views. Below that they quote $700 a post for 1k views. That’s a money sink. Clean-with-me accounts quote household-haul rates.
The deal shape: pay $X for N posts with a Minimum View Guarantee of Y. An example that is easy to hold: $2000 / 4 posts / 1M views. Balance those so you hit your CPM. Creator compensation is extra on every JumpTrend plan. Scout is $1,500. Outreach is $2,500. Dealmaker is $5,000. Those numbers are for matching, contacting, and paper. Talent is a separate invoice you approve.
Why email is where the money-sink happens
I prefer email. The contact is usually in a small apartment-clean bio, not a 20-brand Linktree. Don’t start the deal over email. Ask for the phone number. If they won’t, move on. Talking deal over email is how you get the first number. On a call I can explain a floor of views. Over email you just get “$700 a post.”
No-refill rants already have the audience; a live pouch is the only proof that matters.
What not to pay for
An ASMR clean with 20 logos. Do not ask for a 20-product clean-with-me. Ask them to refill the bottle from the live pouch. Skip the 700k clean-with-me whose whole video is product placement.
The tag is clean-with-me talent with 20 SKUs on the floor.
What I actually measure
Unique codes, not an ASMR mop clip. Codes on a live refill SKU. No download guarantee. No demo.
If they think the offer is too low, keep the same CPM and just up the numbers. Increasing your CPM should almost never be an option if it makes the product unprofitable. Move on. If you do this right, ie at scale, you will have many other creators to choose from.
