How to find scheduling tools TikTok creators
I scroll Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube under a fresh account if I’m looking for scheduling tools creators. I try to put myself in the shoes of the person who would pay for this tool: US English two-person shop, 27-40, already bounced off Calendly’s price jump and a Cal.com they never finished, watches ‘stop making me play email tennis’ and ‘Calendly wants more now’ videos between client calls. Then I linger, save, like, and comment as if I were them. Once the algorithm is trained I take whoever keeps showing up.
I do not open #calendly and call the spreadsheet research.
They watch email-tennis rants, Calendly-price jumps, ‘just send a When2Meet’, two-person round-robin pain. They already tried Calendly until the bill jumped, a When2Meet they are embarrassed to send, and Cal.com they never finished hosting. Adjacent is email tennis, two-person shops, not enterprise SE calendars. Skip the SaaS-review YouTuber whose video is 40 tools in 8 minutes.
Ideally over 50k average. Below that they quote $700 a post for 1k views. That’s a money sink.
What keeps showing up in this feed
The same email-tennis face two call-days in a row. The example I want in my head: someone pasting six available windows into an email and still getting ‘what about Thursday’.
Email-tennis rants already have the audience; a link that does not look like every other founder is the demo.
Doing this by hand is kind of soul-crushing. Like a sales-ops video and you will leave the two-person shop. That is why I automated the scrolling. Scout is $1,500/month for the list.
The long method essay is How we find creators by scrolling a real TikTok avatar. I wrote the first-person version at How I find influencers.
Reject list, written down
Write the reject before you scroll: the SaaS-review YouTuber whose video is 40 tools in 8 minutes. Also skip anyone whose last dozen posts are collab ads and who has never talked about email-tennis rants, Calendly-price jumps, ‘just send a When2Meet’, two-person round-robin pain.
If they only exist under #calendly, they wanted brands to find them. That is not who is being served to the person who would pay for this tool tonight.
50k floor
I want roughly 50k average views because the economics will not work otherwise. Roundup channels quote affiliate-video rates. $700 a post for 1k views is a money sink.
If you do this right, ie at scale, you will have many other creators to choose from. One no is not the campaign.
Where JumpTrend sits
Scout $1,500 / Outreach $2,500 / Dealmaker $5,000 per month. Creator fees extra. No demo. No download guarantee. You approve every creator and every rate.
