What scheduling tools creators charge

Creator-powered user acquisition

I do not have a rate card for scheduling tools and I will not invent one. What I have is a filter and a deal shape.

The filter: roughly 50k average views. Below that they quote $700 a post for 1k views. That’s a money sink. Roundup channels quote affiliate-video rates.

The deal shape: pay $X for N posts with a Minimum View Guarantee of Y. An example that is easy to hold: $2000 / 4 posts / 1M views. Balance those so you hit your CPM. Creator compensation is extra on every JumpTrend plan. Scout is $1,500. Outreach is $2,500. Dealmaker is $5,000. Those numbers are for matching, contacting, and paper. Talent is a separate invoice you approve.

Why email is where the money-sink happens

I prefer email. The contact is usually in a studio bio, often bookings@ or a personal gmail. Don’t start the deal over email. Ask for the phone number. If they won’t, move on. Talking deal over email is how you get the first number. On a call I can explain a floor of views. Over email you just get “$700 a post.”

Email-tennis rants already have the audience; a link that does not look like every other founder is the demo.

What not to pay for

A 40-tool roundup with your name in the description. Do not ask for a 40-tool review. Ask them to send the link and get a booked time. Skip the SaaS-review YouTuber whose video is 40 tools in 8 minutes.

The tag is SaaS roundup creators; they want an affiliate cookie, not a two-person shop story.

What I actually measure

Unique signup links, not a roundup mention. Signups to a live scheduling product, unique link. No download guarantee. No demo.

If they think the offer is too low, keep the same CPM and just up the numbers. Increasing your CPM should almost never be an option if it makes the product unprofitable. Move on. If you do this right, ie at scale, you will have many other creators to choose from.
