Example I want to see: someone transcribing a user’s phone photo into Linear for the third time this morning. Signal: the same rewriting-tickets face two support mornings.

I prefer email. The contact is usually in a tiny product footer or a personal gmail in Linear’s team name. Just send a short note. Name a real Reel. Ask for the phone number. Don’t start the deal over email. If they won’t, move on.
