How to find sleep tracker apps TikTok creators

Creator-powered user acquisition

I scroll Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube under a fresh account if I’m looking for sleep tracker apps creators. I try to put myself in the shoes of the person who would download this: US English, 26-41, already bounced off an Oura they stopped charging and Calm sleep stories they skipped, watches ‘my sleep score made me worse’ and 4am-awake videos with the room dark. Then I linger, save, like, and comment as if I were them. Once the algorithm is trained I take whoever keeps showing up.

I do not open #sleeptracker and call the spreadsheet research.

They watch sleep-score anxiety, 4am-awake, ‘I took the ring off’, mouth-taping arguments they are tired of. They already tried an Oura they stopped charging, Calm sleep stories, and a cheap Amazon tracker whose app is ads. Adjacent is anxiety-at-night, not eight-hour-miracle claims. Skip the biohacker with a 12-supplement stack whose last 20 posts are brand deals.

Ideally over 50k average. Below that they quote $700 a post for 1k views. That’s a money sink.

What keeps showing up in this feed

The same 4am-awake face twice in one week. The example I want in my head: someone taking the ring off because the score was ruining breakfast.

Sleep-score hate is already a genre; a phone-only wind-down that does not grade them can be the relief beat.

Doing this by hand is kind of soul-crushing. Like a mouth-tape video and you will get a week of biohacking SKUs. That is why I automated the scrolling. Scout is $1,500/month for the list.

The long method essay is How we find creators by scrolling a real TikTok avatar. I wrote the first-person version at How I find influencers.

Reject list, written down

Write the reject before you scroll: the biohacker with a 12-supplement stack whose last 20 posts are brand deals. Also skip anyone whose last dozen posts are collab ads and who has never talked about sleep-score anxiety, 4am-awake, ‘I took the ring off’, mouth-taping arguments they are tired of.

If they only exist under #sleeptracker, they wanted brands to find them. That is not who is being served to the person who would download this tonight.

50k floor

I want roughly 50k average views because the economics will not work otherwise. Ring affiliates quote hardware-launch rates for a phone app. $700 a post for 1k views is a money sink.

If you do this right, ie at scale, you will have many other creators to choose from. One no is not the campaign.

Where JumpTrend sits

Scout $1,500 / Outreach $2,500 / Dealmaker $5,000 per month. Creator fees extra. No demo. No download guarantee. You approve every creator and every rate.
