How to find whiskey journal apps TikTok creators

Creator-powered user acquisition

I scroll Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube under a fresh account if I’m looking for whiskey journal apps creators. I try to put myself in the shoes of the person who would download this: US English, 28-48, already bounced off a paper journal they spilled on and a Reddit tasting note they cannot find, watches ‘I cannot remember this bottle’ and Friday-pour videos at a kitchen table, 21+. Then I linger, save, like, and comment as if I were them. Once the algorithm is trained I take whoever keeps showing up.

I do not open #whiskey and call the spreadsheet research.

They watch forgotten-bottle, Friday-pour, spilled-journal, ‘the Reddit note is gone’. They already tried a paper journal they spilled on, a Reddit note they cannot find, and a spreadsheet of bottles. Adjacent is Friday kitchen pours, forgotten bottles, not allocated flex. Skip the 400k whiskey-influencer whose whole grid is allocated-bottle flex.

Ideally over 50k average. Below that they quote $700 a post for 1k views. That’s a money sink.

What keeps showing up in this feed

The same Friday-pour face two weeks. The example I want in my head: someone pouring a bottle they bought last year and guessing the tasting note.

Forgotten-bottle rants already have the audience; a note they can write during a Friday pour is the product. 21+ only.

Doing this by hand is kind of soul-crushing. Like an allocated flex and you will leave the Friday kitchen table. That is why I automated the scrolling. Scout is $1,500/month for the list.

The long method essay is How we find creators by scrolling a real TikTok avatar. I wrote the first-person version at How I find influencers.

Reject list, written down

Write the reject before you scroll: the 400k whiskey-influencer whose whole grid is allocated-bottle flex. Also skip anyone whose last dozen posts are collab ads and who has never talked about forgotten-bottle, Friday-pour, spilled-journal, ‘the Reddit note is gone’.

If they only exist under #whiskey, they wanted brands to find them. That is not who is being served to the person who would download this tonight.

50k floor

I want roughly 50k average views because the economics will not work otherwise. Whiskey influencers quote allocated-bottle rates. $700 a post for 1k views is a money sink.

If you do this right, ie at scale, you will have many other creators to choose from. One no is not the campaign.

Where JumpTrend sits

Scout $1,500 / Outreach $2,500 / Dealmaker $5,000 per month. Creator fees extra. No demo. No download guarantee. You approve every creator and every rate.
