How to find wiki-style docs tools TikTok creators

I scroll Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube under a fresh account if I’m looking for wiki-style docs tools creators. I try to put myself in the shoes of the person who would pay for this tool: US English solo operator, 27-42, already bounced off Notion they use as a junk drawer and a Google Drive nobody can search, watches ‘our Notion is a junk drawer’ and ‘the contractor asked where the SOP is’ videos after a Slack pile-up. Then I linger, save, like, and comment as if I were them. Once the algorithm is trained I take whoever keeps showing up.

I do not open #notion and call the spreadsheet research.

They watch Notion-junk-drawer, SOP-not-found, ‘Drive search is useless’, contractor-onboarding pain. They already tried Notion as a junk drawer, Google Drive search they do not trust, and a README in a repo the contractor cannot access. What keeps showing up in this feed

The same SOP-not-found face two onboarding weeks. The example I want in my head: someone sharing a Notion link that 404s for the contractor.

Junk-drawer rants already have the audience; a page a contractor can open without a seat is the demo.

Reject list, written down

Write the reject before you scroll: the Notion-template seller whose whole grid is aesthetic dashboards. Also skip anyone whose last dozen posts are collab ads and who has never talked about Notion-junk-drawer, SOP-not-found, ‘Drive search is useless’, contractor-onboarding pain.

If they only exist under #notion, they wanted brands to find them. That is not who is being served to the person who would pay for this tool tonight.

50k floor

I want roughly 50k average views because the economics will not work otherwise. Template sellers quote pack prices. $700 a post for 1k views is a money sink.

If you do this right, ie at scale, you will have many other creators to choose from. One no is not the campaign.
