Measuring wiki-style docs tools creator installs
I do not measure a wiki-style docs tool influencer campaign by vanity views. An aesthetic wiki that nobody searched.
What I actually want in the spreadsheet: unique signup links, not a pretty dashboard tour. The conversion I am willing to talk about is signups to a live docs product, unique link. I will not invent a CPI, a ROAS, or a customer who does not exist.
Promo codes are a floor
Give each creator their own code. Unique custom codes in App Store Connect or Play Console if this is an app, unique links or Shop codes if this is a SKU, unique signup links if this is SaaS. You will want this when you later try to decide repeat, Spark, or stop.
Codes are a floor, not payroll. Plenty of people will tap through and never type the string. Do not run a Product Hunt day on the same morning if you wanted isolation.
Views are a sourcing filter
I still want roughly 50k average views on the creator I am about to email. That is economics going in, not measurement coming out. Below that they quote $700 a post for 1k views. That’s a money sink.
A Minimum View Guarantee is a deal floor. Example: $2000 / 4 posts / 1M views. It is not UA. Signups to a live docs product, unique link.
What I will not put on a slide
No fake CPI. No invented ROAS. No “the campaign did 4.2x.” If you need paid social numbers, that is Ads Manager, a different invoice.
A working wiki they can publish a public SOP to tonight.
Skip the Notion-template seller whose whole grid is aesthetic dashboards. even if their views look pretty. Junk-drawer rants already have the audience; a page a contractor can open without a seat is the demo.
No download guarantee. No demo. Talent extra. Scout $1,500 / Outreach $2,500 / Dealmaker $5,000.
