How to find yoga apps TikTok creators
I scroll Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube under a fresh account if I’m looking for yoga apps creators. I try to put myself in the shoes of the person who would download this: US English, 28-42, already bounced off Down Dog subscriptions and a studio intro pack they used twice, watches ‘yoga apps that talk too much’ and tight-hip-from-sitting videos after they close the laptop. Then I linger, save, like, and comment as if I were them. Once the algorithm is trained I take whoever keeps showing up.
I do not open #yogaapp and call the spreadsheet research.
They watch home-practice fails, ‘I will not do a 60-minute class after work’, tight-hip-from-sitting, studio-price rants. They already tried Down Dog until the price jumped, a studio intro pack, and YouTube yoga they half-watched while answering Slack. Adjacent is desk tightness, 12-minute floors, not ashram aesthetics. Skip the 300k flexibility creator selling a 30-day split challenge.
Ideally over 50k average. Below that they quote $700 a post for 1k views. That’s a money sink.
What keeps showing up in this feed
The same tight-hip-from-sitting face two weeknights in a row. The example I want in my head: someone skipping a 45-minute class preview and sitting back down at the laptop.
Desk-tightness rants already have the audience; a 12-minute floor class is the thing they can actually finish.
Doing this by hand is kind of soul-crushing. Like a split-challenge video and the phone will leave the desk-hip people. That is why I automated the scrolling. Scout is $1,500/month for the list.
The long method essay is How we find creators by scrolling a real TikTok avatar. I wrote the first-person version at How I find influencers.
Reject list, written down
Write the reject before you scroll: the 300k flexibility creator selling a 30-day split challenge. Also skip anyone whose last dozen posts are collab ads and who has never talked about home-practice fails, ‘I will not do a 60-minute class after work’, tight-hip-from-sitting, studio-price rants.
If they only exist under #yogaapp, they wanted brands to find them. That is not who is being served to the person who would download this tonight.
50k floor
I want roughly 50k average views because the economics will not work otherwise. Challenge-sellers quote program prices for one class clip. $700 a post for 1k views is a money sink.
If you do this right, ie at scale, you will have many other creators to choose from. One no is not the campaign.
