Privacy Policy

JumpTrend is a product of Tekton Ventures LLC (“JumpTrend,” “we,” “us”). This policy describes the information we handle when you visit jumptrend.co, create an account, pay for a plan, or run a campaign.

1. Who we are

JumpTrend is a hosted service. You describe the customer you want to reach. We operate real phones, scroll TikTok and Instagram as that person, and show you the creators that land in their feed. On some plans we also email those creators and help with contracts.

2. Information we collect

Account

• Email address and a hashed password, or your Google account id if you sign in with Google.
• Session cookies so you stay logged in.
• The plan you pay for, and Stripe customer / subscription ids. We never see your full card number — Stripe does.

Your campaign

• The avatar description you write (who the client’s customer is).
• Start/stop history, activity logs from a scrolling session, and live phone-preview frames while a session is running.
• Creators we find for you: handle, name, bio, public stats, and any email listed on a public profile, plus whether we emailed them.

Phones we operate

You do not give us TikTok or Instagram passwords. We assign a dedicated phone to your account and operate it ourselves. Device credentials stay on our side and are never shown in the browser. Screenshots from that phone are used to decide what to do next (including sending them to a vision model) and, while you are watching, to stream the preview.

Creators

Creator profiles we record come from public feeds and public profile pages. We collect that information on your behalf so we can show you matches and, on Outreach and Dealmaker, contact them. You are responsible for how you use those contacts.

The website

• Ordinary server logs (time, path, browser) when you load a page.
• We do not run advertising pixels or sell traffic data.

3. Why we use it

• To run the service you paid for — accounts, scrolling, creator lists, outreach, contracts.
• To take payment and keep your subscription in sync with Stripe.
• To email you about billing, security, and product changes. We also email ourselves when someone pays, so we can assign a phone.
• To prevent abuse and keep the product working.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performing our contract with you, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and legal obligations (tax, accounting).

4. Who else sees it

We do not sell personal information. We use vendors to run JumpTrend:

• Stripe — checkout and subscriptions.
• Google — sign-in, if you choose “Sign in with Google.”
• Our host — the server and database that hold your account.
• A vision model provider — phone screenshots, so the scroller can read the feed.
• Email delivery — owner notifications and, on Outreach/Dealmaker, messages to creators.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect the service, or as part of a sale of the business.

5. How long we keep it

• Account and billing records: for the life of the subscription, then as long as tax and dispute rules require.
• Campaign data (avatar, creators, activity): while your account is open, and a reasonable period after you cancel.
• Live preview frames: not stored as a gallery; they exist to show you the phone during a run.

Email hbracy1@gmail.com to ask us to delete what we hold. We may keep records we are required to keep.

6. Cookies

The only cookie we set for the product is a session cookie so you stay logged in. Google and Stripe set their own cookies on their pages during sign-in and checkout.

7. Your choices

• Cancel your plan by emailing us. Access ends when Stripe marks the subscription inactive.
• Request a copy, a correction, or deletion of account data at the email above. We will need to verify it is you.
• If you are in the EEA/UK or California, you may have additional rights (access, deletion, objection, complaint to a regulator). Ask and we will handle the request we can legally honor.

8. Children

JumpTrend is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Where data lives

We process data in the United States and wherever our vendors operate. If that is a problem for you, do not create an account.

10. Changes

We will update the date at the top when this policy changes. Keeping an account after a change means you accept the new version.
