Terms
Terms of Service
Last updated August 19, 2026
These Terms are the agreement between you and Tekton Ventures LLC (“JumpTrend,” “we,” “us”) for jumptrend.co and the hosted JumpTrend service. Creating an account, paying for a plan, or using the dashboard means you accept them.
1. What JumpTrend is
JumpTrend finds creators your customer already watches. You describe that customer (your “avatar”). We scroll TikTok and Instagram on real phones we operate, as that person, and show you who shows up.
Plans, billed monthly:
- Scout — avatar setup, scrolling, a list of trending creators in that feed.
- Outreach — Scout, plus we contact those creators and follow up.
- Contract — Outreach, plus contract drafts. Nothing goes to a creator until you approve it.
Creator fees are not included. You approve every creator and every rate. We do not promise views, downloads, revenue, or that any creator will reply or post.
2. Accounts
- You must be 18 or older.
- You may sign up with email and a password, or with Google.
- You are responsible for the account. Do not share it.
- Your avatar description must be a lawful audience. Do not describe minors as the target, and do not use JumpTrend to find or contact anyone under 18.
3. Billing
- Plans are monthly subscriptions charged by Stripe to Tekton Ventures LLC until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime by emailing hbracy1@gmail.com. You keep access through the period Stripe has already billed, then the paywall closes.
- Failed payment or a canceled subscription turns off the product.
- Fees are generally not refundable except where the law requires it. If something went badly wrong on our side, email us — we handle those case by case.
- We may change prices on a later renewal. If we do, we will say so before we charge the new amount.
4. Phones and social accounts
The phones and the TikTok / Instagram accounts on them belong to us (or our vendors). We assign a phone to your campaign after you pay and save an avatar. That can take a little while — up to about 15 minutes at the start, longer if we are waiting on a device. You do not get the device, the logins, or the right to take the account with you if you cancel.
You also do not control those accounts. If a platform limits or bans a phone we are using for you, we will try to put you on another one. That is the remedy. It is not a breach that entitles you to damages.
5. Platform risk
Scrolling and outreach can violate TikTok, Instagram / Meta, or other third-party rules. Platforms can restrict accounts, hide content, or ban devices. We run this on phones we control, but we cannot make those companies allow it, and we cannot promise a given campaign will stay undetected.
You are responsible for how you use the creators we find — including your own ads, DMs, and deals. JumpTrend is not liable for platform enforcement against you or against accounts we operate.
6. Outreach and contracts
On Outreach and Contract we email creators using addresses they published (for example in a bio). You warrant that your product claims are truthful and that telling us to contact a niche is lawful. We do not send anything on Contract until you approve the creator and the paper.
You still have to follow email and marketing law (including CAN-SPAM). Do not ask us to send deceptive, harassing, or illegal messages.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use JumpTrend for anything illegal, or to target, profile, or contact minors.
- Ask us to spam, threaten, or defraud creators or anyone else.
- Resell access, share your login, or try to reach the phones / APIs except through the dashboard we give you.
- Interfere with other customers’ campaigns.
We can pause or close an account for abuse, nonpayment, or legal risk, with or without notice if we think we need to move quickly.
8. Your content and our records
You keep whatever rights you have in the avatar text and in your product. You give us permission to use that text, and the campaign data we generate (creators, logs, screenshots), to provide JumpTrend. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Creators we list are pulled from public feeds. That list is part of the service, not something we sell as a standalone database.
9. Our IP
JumpTrend’s software, brand, and copy belong to Tekton or its licensors. A subscription is a limited license to use the hosted product while you are paid up. You do not own the software, the phones, or the social accounts.
10. Third parties
The product depends on Stripe, Google (if you use Google sign-in), TikTok, Instagram, our host, and the model we use to read the phone screen. Their outages and rule changes can break features. That is not a refund by itself.
11. No warranty
JUMPTREND IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ALLOWED BY ANY PLATFORM; THAT CREATORS WE FIND ARE A FIT; OR THAT OUTREACH OR CONTRACTS WILL PRODUCE A DEAL, VIEWS, DOWNLOADS, OR REVENUE.
12. Liability cap
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, TEKTON AND ITS PEOPLE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR DATA; OR DAMAGES FROM PLATFORM BANS, FAILED OUTREACH, OR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR EVERYTHING RELATED TO JUMPTREND IS CAPPED AT WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF YOU NEVER PAID).
If a court will not allow some of this, the rest still applies, and we take the limit the law does allow.
13. Indemnity
You will cover Tekton (including reasonable lawyers’ fees) for claims that come out of: your use of JumpTrend; your product claims; your deals with creators; alleged violations of platform rules, privacy, IP, or spam law; or your breach of these Terms.
14. Ending the service
You can stop and cancel at any time. We can suspend or end access for breach, nonpayment, legal risk, or if we shut JumpTrend down. Sections that should survive (including platform risk, IP, disclaimers, the cap, indemnity, and disputes) survive.
15. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing anything, email hbracy1@gmail.com and give us 30 days to sort it out.
Except for small-claims court or an injunction to protect IP, disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the AAA under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Portland, Maine, unless we agree otherwise. You and Tekton waive a jury trial and any class or representative action. If the class waiver cannot be enforced for a particular claim, that claim goes to court, not arbitration.
16. Other
- These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement for JumpTrend.
- If one piece is unenforceable, the rest stays.
- Not enforcing a rule once is not a waiver.
- You cannot assign the agreement without our okay; we can assign it if the business is sold.
- We will email your account address. You email us at hbracy1@gmail.com.
